As a result we take great pride to ensure our staff are equipped to support you through the difficult and sometimes confusing process, and are able to advise you with the clarity, confidence and authority you should expect from a specialist broker.

All claims are handled by an allocated, experienced, claims handler from "cradle to grave" who will be familiar with your case and will be available to discuss progress and provide appropriate advice.

Our claims team is a division within the company and handles work solely for our clients. We do not outsource this vital function, adjust claims for insurers or otherwise dilute our expertise.

Disclosure and Notification Procedures

When seeking new or renewal terms, it is extremely important to answer all questions accurately. If in doubt, you may wish to qualify an answer by providing more precise details on your headed paper and returning this with your proposal form. Should you be aware of any new claims or potential claims or indeed further information on existing notifications then please advise our claims department in a separate letter, email or by fax. Notifying claims and potential claims immediately they arise is an important policy condition. As this cover is on a "claims made" basis, it is essential that any claims, or potential claims, are notified to us in adequate time for onward transmission to insurers PRIOR to expiry of your current policy and your next renewal date.
