The policy is very competitively priced and quick and easy to arrange.

10% saving for all office based professionals	The PYV/Hiscox Office package is designed to provide you with a broad range of office insurances - all under one policy and one premium with minimum fuss. And, as an office based professional, you receive a 10% saving off the premium which means you can pay as little as £31.50 a month inclusive of insurance premium tax (IPT).
Office insurance made easy	The policy is simple and easy to arrange with only a one page form to complete. What's more, there may be no need to renew your insurance each year. It's a continuous policy, so unless you've had (or make) a claim or your business changes materially you needn't worry about it. There's no need to tell us every time you buy a new piece of equipment, unless you move premises or need a higher level of cover.

Choosing your cover - set course or a la carte?	There are two choices of pre-packaged policies (Options 1 and 2 in the table on the proposal form) where the limits are pre-set - it's easy as ticking a box. If you would prefer to create your own tailored package, Option 3 allows you to choose the amount of protection you want for each cover available with the package. We aim to provide you with a quote the same day or next business day from when we receive your proposal form. There is also the option to extend protection to include cover for your Buildings.

If we don't receive the original direct debit mandate you will also need to call 0870 402 3343 (Mon - Fri, 9.00am to 5.00pm) to confirm your direct debit details. Or, just post the originals to us.

Please note, in the rare circumstances that the information you provide falls outside of options 1, 2 or 3, we will advise you accordingly.
